Well, the Festival is finally here and with so much to see and do around Edinburgh, we're sure you'll enjoy discovering the exciting exhibitions that we have in the Art Festival this summer!
Our programme gives you the choice of more than 130 exhibitions and events which will take you from Impressionism & Scotland, to the imaginary worlds of international artists Janet Cardiff and George Bures Miller, through 20 years of Tracey Emin to work by artists you may not yet know.
Edinburgh is teeming with Visual Art during festival time, with well-known artists such as Richard Hamilton and Richard Wilson, as well as spaces dedicated to the emerging such as echo, Embassy Gallery and TotalKunst, you'll find lots of great exhibitions to keep you busy!

A tour of The Glenfinlas Cyanotypes exhibition with artist, Alexander Hamilton, followed by a trip to Glenfinlas Burn.

An Introductory Tour visiting the exhibitions at The Fruitmarket Gallery, National Gallery Complex and doggerfisher.

Art Late
Thur 28 Aug 6pm – late
Galleries across Edinburgh will keep their doors open late. With wine, beer and entertainment, as well as their Edinburgh Art Festival exhibition, this is set to be a great evening for all! Entertainment will range from Cult Art band, Paul Vickers and The Leg at the new Ingleby Gallery to dance and comedy acts across the city.
